Public Private Partnership- Launch of Bamboo Creek Villas, Cunupia

Today, the HDC launched the Bamboo Creek Villas, a development located in Chin Chin Road, Cunupia.This development is the second Public Private Partnership housing initiative and utilizes private funding, expertise and land from the private sector to construct houses to satisfy the applicants on the database.

This development will consist of a mix of Single Family, Duplex and Townhouse Units. This development is approximately 26 acres in size and will have a housing yield if 201 units made up as follows:

• 44- Three Bedroom Single-Family Units
• 42- Three Bedroom Duplex Units; and
• 115- Three Bedroom Townhouse Units

Bamboo Creek Villas will also have dedicated  spaces for commercial/community use, green spaces and open areas for recreation and relaxation.
